Giornata di iniziative ed azioni diffuse sui territori contro la repressione, per la costruzione di geografie alternative e solidali.

La libertà di chi viaggia, così come di chi sta al suo fianco, costruisce spazi di libertà e autorganizzazione che chi governa cerca di distruggere. Lo abbiamo visto a Ventimiglia, dove la politica dell’assedio e dell’emergenza non può accettare la costruzione di un luogo, come il Presidio Permanente No Borders, che nega il suo senso d’essere. La Fortezza Europa non può avere traditori, chi aiuta i neri va punito e intimidito.

Alle detenzioni e le deportazioni illegittime dei migranti a cui assistiamo da mesi, qualche giorno fa si è aggiunto l’arresto di un nostro compagno. Aggredito e picchiato dalla polizia di frontiera francese (PAF) per aver solidarizzato con i migranti rinchiusi nei container di Ponte San Luigi, Fouad ora è rinchiuso nel carcere di Nizza, dove dovrà rimanere per un mese in attesa di un processo che lo vede accusato di oltraggio e resistenza. Altri compagni avevano subito i fermi della polizia francese, e mentre scriviamo attendiamo notizie di Andrea, che da questa mattina è si trova in stato di fermo al commissariato di Menton.

Anche l’interdizione da determinati territori, ovvero la costruzione di nuovi confini al fine di attaccare i solidali, sta diventando uno strumento di intimidazione. Dopo i sei fogli di via e le 18 denunce a piede libero di inizio mese, qualche giorno fa Pasquale, un compagno del territorio, è stato fermato per strada da una volante che gli ha notificato il foglio di via dal comune di Ventimiglia. Per quanto i provvedimenti amministrativi si rivelino poco efficaci al fine di fermare la lotta No Borders, questi dispositivi rimangono comunque detestabili e da combattere al pari delle barriere che cercano di bloccare i migranti nel loro viaggio.

In nome del loro ordine cercano di spaventare chi solidarizza coi migranti invocando una legalità fatta di soprusi. Così come chi viaggia è sempre esposto all’arbitrio delle forza di polizia disposte sul territorio a disegnare sempre nuovi confini, allo stesso modo chi solidarizza coi migranti deve sapere di essere potenzialmente un “illegale”, un soggetto la cui libertà è condizionata.

Noi a tutto questo vogliamo opporre la forza della solidarietà e la determinazione a restare liberi, al di là dei muri che il potere costruisce intorno a noi. Costruire geografie alternative e solidali per noi è un bisogno materiale, un’esigenza pratica, non qualcosa su cui riflettere astrattamente. E’ per questo che invitiamo tutte le collettività e i singoli che condividono la nostra lotta a partecipare a questa costruzione collettiva attraverso una giornata di iniziative benefit e azioni di solidarietà diffuse sui territori.

Domenica 6 settembre vogliamo esprimere, attraverso pranzi, cene, partite di pallone, striscionate, battiture, concerti ecc. la nostra vicinanza a quanti scontano con la detenzione, la deportazione e l’allontanamento le politiche europee fatte di discriminazione, sfruttamento ed emarginazione.

La solidarietà è un arma, Ventimiglia è ovunque!

PS: Fouad e Andrea sono tornati in libertà. Tra Settembre ed Ottobre cominceranno i processi che li vedono accusati di oltraggio e ribellione a pubblico ufficiale. Siamo felici di averli di nuovo insieme a noi a lottare contro le frontiere, ma oggi più che mai sentiamo l’importanza di rimanere uniti contro la repressione che colpisce migranti e solidali. L’unica risposta possibile alla militarizzazione dei territori e all’attacco alle libertà di tutte e tutti è proseguire la lotta che ci unisce da Lampedusa a Calais, da Kos a Ceuta e Mellila.

6 Septembre: Ventimiglia partout : la solidarité est une arme, la liberté est sans frontière!

Journée d’initiative et d’action a diffuser sur le territoire contre la répression et pour la construction d’une géographie alternative et solidaire.

La liberté de celles et ceux qui voyagent, comme de ceux et celles qui sont solidaires, participent à construire des espaces de liberté et d’auto-organisation que le pouvoir cherche a détruire. Nous avons vu a Vintimille que la politique xénophobe et de gestion de l’urgence ne peut accepter la construction d’un lieu comme le presidio permanente (camp permanent) No Borders. La forteresse europe n’accepte pas la solidarité que nous sommes en train de construire, et sa seule réponse reste l’intimidation et la répression.

Depuis plusieurs mois, nous assistons quotidiennement à des déportations et des détentions illégale de migrantEs, et récemment, ce sont nos camarades qui subissent aussi la répression forte des états. Fouad, l’un de nos camarades ayant subit des violences de la part de la PAF, est actuellement maintenu en détention provisoire à la prison de Nice pour un mois, en attendant son procès pour outrage, rebellion et violence sur agent, qui aura lieu le 30 Septembre.

Aussi, les ordonnances d’expulsion délivrées par la police italienne aux militantEs n’ont pour seul objectif que de détruire la solidarité construite entre les migrantEs et les activistes. Après les 6 ordonnances d’expulsions et les 18 plaintes portées par la police au début du mois, Pasquale, un compagnon vivant a proximité de Vintimille, a été arrêté en pleine rue et embarqué dans une voiture de police se voyant remettre une ordonnance d’expulsion de Ventimille. Les pressions administratives ne pourront pas arrêter la lutte No Borders, ces dispositifs sont détestables et nous devons les combattre de la même façon que nous devons combattre les barrières qui bloquent les migrantEs dans leur voyage

Au nom d’une justice basée sur la violence, ils cherchent à séparer les personnes solidaires des migrantEs. Si les migrantEs sont toujours exposées a la violence et l’arbitraire des forces de police, les personnes qui se solidarisent de ces dernierEs peuvent elles aussi devenir illégales, conditionnant la liberté de toutes et tous.
A cette situation, nous opposons le courage, la solidarité et la determination de rester libre, au delà des murs que le pouvoir construit autours de nous, construire une géographie alternative et solidaire est une pratique concrète et pas simplement une abstraction. Ainsi, nous invitons tous les collectifs et individus qui partagent notre lutte à construire une réponse collective par des action de solidarités.

Dimanche 6 Septembre, que ce soit a travers un repas, une partie de foot, des manifestations, concerts etc etc. exprimons notre solidarité a tousTEs celles et ceux qui sont détenuEs, déportéEs et exiléEs par les politique européennes de discriminatoires, d’exploitation et de gestion de l’urgence.

Ventimiglia is everywhere: solidarity is a weapon, freedom is without borders!

Day of initiatives and actions against repression on the territories, for the construction of alternative geographies and solidarity.

The freedom of travellers, as well as the one of whom stands in solidarity, creates spaces of freedom and self-organization that who rules seeks to destroy. We saw it in Ventimiglia, where siege and emergency politics could not accept the construction of a place such as the Presidio Permanente No Borders, because this denies the meaning itself of Fortress Europe. They cannot admit traitors, who helps black people must be punished and intimidated.

It has been months that we see illegitimate detentions and deportations of migrants, a few days ago one of our comrades was arrested. Attacked and beaten by the French border police (PAF) for having demonstrated solidarity with those migrants locked up in the containers at Ponte San Luigi, Fouad is now imprisoned in Nice where he will stay for a month waiting for his trial (he is accused of offence and resistance). Other comrades faced repression too, and right now we are waiting for news from Andrea, since this morning in custody at the police station in Menton.

Even the ban from certain territories, namely the construction of new borders, is becoming a tool of intimidation. After six expulsion orders and 18 legal charges received at the beginning of the month, a few days ago Pasquale, a local comrade, has been stopped by the police who notified him an expulsion order from Ventimiglia. Even if these administrative measures prove to be ineffective in order to stop the No Borders struggle, these devices are still detestable and we must fight them as well as we fight those barriers trying to block the journey of migrants.

In the name of their order they are trying to scare the people who is practicing active solidarity with the migrants, invoking a law made of abuses. As well as the traveller who is always exposed to the authority of the police drawing always new borders, at the same way who stands on the side of migrants should know to potentially be an “illegal”, a subject whose freedom is restrained.

We want to oppose the strength of solidarity and the determination to stay free, beyond the walls that power erects all around us. For us building alternative geographies and solidarity is a material and practical need, not something to be thought in abstract terms. For this reason, we invite all collectives and individuals sharing our struggle to participate in this common construction through a day of benefit initiatives and solidarity actions widespread across territories.

On September 6th we want to express, through meals, football matches, banners, poundings, concerts, etc. our closeness to those who are serving detention, deportation and expulsion, the results of European policies made of discrimination, exploitation and marginalization.

PS: Fouad and Andrea are now free. The trials will be starting between September and October. They will face the accusation of contempt and rebellion of police officers. We are happy to have them back struggling with us against borders, but today more than ever we feel how important is to stay unite against the repression that hits migrants and those supporting them. The only possible answer against the militarization of the territories and to the attack of the liberties of all is to continue the struggle that keep us unite from Lampedusa to Calais and from Kos to Ceuta and Melilla.
